LEDs dead on arrival

just got everything out of the track ir ultra package installed the latest software plugged it in and no leds on the pro clip work?
Are you sure, please place the clip infront of the camera, and go into the TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking, and check to see if you see 3 green dots.
The LEDS do not give off much light, within the visible spectrum, as they are designed to emit IR light.
