hi ...i'm from greece and i have problem with my trackir 4
when start trackir open yello light and after 2 second close.
after this trackir no work. i have hat and i move my head and start the game ....trackir still not work...PLZ HELP

1 - What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

2 - What version of Windows?

3 - Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?

4 - In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

5 - Have you made any changes to the system recently?

6 - Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

7 - What is the Serial # of the device?
It should be located on the end of the cable, near the USB plug, or on the underside of the device.
