TrackI@4 ok in display,not in FSX

My Track IR 4, when I go to "Heads" display, moves the heads OK in all planes . In "Settings" shows all 3 lights move with my head. Blue light is on, with 4 red lights. But when I go to FSX, the device doesn't work at all (same lights on monitor) in either 2D 0r 3D.

Which version of the TrackIR software are you running?
Which TrackIR model?
Do you have FSX listed on games list?
Do you have any firewall/antivirus software installed?
What OS are you running?

Track IR4 version 4.1.028
FSX not on the games list, FS2004 is.
AVG is the antivirus program. I uninstalled firewall.

You will need to download the latest version of the TrackIR software, which has FSX support.
To get TrackIR support for FSX, you will need to download the latest version of the software (4.1.029 or later).

Run the downloaded installer file. If you haven�t uninstalled the previous version, it will run through an uninstall application first.
If you had to run the uninstaller, rerun the downloaded file to install the latest version.
Start the TrackIR software.
You can run the software minimized by adjusting the TrackIR settings under the Options menu.
Start FSX.
Enjoy the new features of FSX, with TrackIR support.
