Trackir4, Cat chewed through cable!

My GF's cat has chewed through the USB cable running to the computer, is my TrackIR toast? Can I send this in for repair? How much am I looking at to get it fixed?
We don't have a repair service...
Can you send an email to support, with a serial number, and description of the issue.....
