I'd like the ability to either implement filtering and labeling algorithms of my own internal to arena (exposed through activex scripting?) or to both export and import data from Arena to process it externally. If data is to be exportable and importable, I'd like to be able to have the ability to export, run an external command, and import, as part of a batch processing system.

We will have to think on this one. For all the batch support, we are probably looking at a release in the future, but I will certainly put it on the list.
