Win XP SP2 vs Track IR3 -> reboot

hi there! anoying problem: i m using windows XP SP2 (32bits)
MB: Asrock conroe945dvi, E6400 and Nvidia 7900GT
*installing last driver 4.1.30 , with no track ir connect
* then rebooting ok
* then pluging track ir 3 -> windows detecting new usb device,
* installing , "not certified" -> ok, go on
* windows creating restore point
* windows saving C:\windows\system32\driver
* kaboom! restarting : like a cold reboot : black screen! (no blue screen of death!)
any one , some help?
