TIR 4 Poduct degrade

i bought my TIR 4 about a year half ago i was a very satisfied customer.
when one day whilst repositioning my TIR the mounting point between it and the stand broke.
i managed to place the TIR back on the stand and it held itself in place by gravity also at this time i noticed a small hairline crack on the plastic lens face of the sensor.
i resumed my game play as it did not seem to effect the performance of the device.
over the next coming months the device performance degraded to such a point it is almost impossible to use this device.
the TIR just does not see my pitch inputs accurately.
I dont get the full range of movement and the movement seems to be jumpy for what movement i do get.
Having spent alot of money on this device i expected better in the way of prformance and harware manufacturing to expect this device to last a life time.

Please send the following info to support.........

1 - What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

2 - What version of Windows?

3 - Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?

4 - In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

5 - Have you made any changes to the system recently?

6 - Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

7 - What is the Serial # of the device?
It should be located on the end of the cable, near the USB plug, or on the underside of the device.

8 - Could you attach a screen shot of your Device Manager (showing USB), and tracking screen (TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking)?

Funny, I have had mine a year and it hasn't magically broken even once.

Devices don't just break out of nowhere...

guybo what are you implying?
R.T.F.Q then you will understand how it broke.
and yes things can just brake.
if you haven't got anything helpful to contribute then don't bother.
i did not ask the question to be bombarded with crap from the likes of you!.
