Hey

So I ordered a hat clip replacement as I lost mine. I got it today via USPS and I have to ask, what's with the size of this box for such a small item? It appears to be 8" by 10" (best guess), for a product that can't be more than 4" by 5"!

It's almost like using a shoebox to deliver 1 cue ball! Surely a smaller box will be fine and drop shipping down. $5 for basic isn't a lot, however for such a small item (hat clip), kinda silly.

Well, that is the smallest size box that we carry, and any other size wouldn't make a difference in the price. They would still charge the same amount.

Ah, then I guess I have a misunderstanding on shipping protocol. Thanks.
