I cannot configure any software for hotkeys

I have just installed smartnav.
After intsallation i am find ing that smart nav has disabled all short cut keys that use combination of Winkey

I tried three diffreent software but none of them works when smartnav is running but all start working after smartnav is turned OFF.

Can you suggest me a work around or some hotkeys software that works with smartnav
I have following software

1>Winkeys (coppernic.com)
2>autoihotkeys www.autohotkey.com
3>hotkeycontrolXP

We have identified a potential issue in the SmartNAV software that may be the cause of your problems.

A new version of the software will be released soon that will address this. I have added you to the beta list so you will get the new software as soon as it is available.

Please give it a try and if you are still experiencing the same problems let me know.

I'd like to be in this beta if that's possible... this problem is forcing me to switch back to a mouse many times a day to use certain softwares.
