First of all... I absolutely love this product! I've only had the system for about a week, but I've already noticed a decline in the frequency and severity of wrist pain. I'm also very impressed with how well I can control the mouse cursor.

Now here's my patch request:

I have a game I like to play alot (Dark Age of Camelot) that requires holding in the right mouse button and moving the mouse to look around. The problem is, although every other function of Smartnav works beautifully, when I hold the mouse button down and look around in this game, my framerate is so slow (about 1 frame per second or less) that it renders the "looking around" function pretty much useless (and it this game it is necessary!)

I downloaded the NaturalPoint software (that goes with TrackIR hardware) and found that I could look around in this game just as well as with a normal mouse. However, I can't use my foot pedals!

If one or the other software packages could be patched so that I could have a good framerate AND use my foot pedals, I would be absolutely ecstatic!

Thank you for your praise of the product. We put a lot of work into it and are happy when people are able to increase their productivity and alleviate pain from repetitive strain.

As far as workaround it should be possible to configure hotkeys in the trackir software to do right and left click. Though this isnt the ideal solution as it would require your hands on the keyboard which is what we are trying to avoid.

So I will see what we can do....
