I seem to have developed the same problem as Ripmaster. Recently it won't initialize. I check the USB root HUBs and they are switched to power on. I have installed and un-installed the software numerous times and tried different USB ports. Still nothing. Well for a laugh
I installed the drivers off the original TRackIR 3 CD and it worked. I can't get it to work with the latest drivers. Could you send me an earlier version of the drivers and see if that works ?

No that didn't work. Can you supply an earlier driver ?

Well this version initialized. The only problem is it doesn't work with FSX. Is there a way to get it working with FSX ?

So it installs with the build 28 drivers, but not with the build 30 drivers?

Well it didn't work very well. Seemed to take forever to load up. So I formatted my HD and everything works great with the latest TrackIR drivers.
