one of my customers is having this problem:
he tried to install on 2 PCs, apply regfix...same result: LICENCE FILE IS NOT VALID
(tir4pro looks ok in device manager) ???? THANK YOU in advance

It appears that the firmware has failed......

It doesn't know what it is, within the TrackIR software - TrackIR unknown - with unit serial number.......

The hardware is not flashable, by the end user.
