In another thread I pointed out a problem I was having getting SmartNAV to work with a particular game. Kevin and I tossed a few e-mails back and forth consisting of him asking me to check some settings and performance variables, and me responding with the requested info.
To make a long story short, Kevin consulted the software developers and ultimately found a solution to my problem and now I'm playing my game with great satisfaction.
I just wanted to thank Kevin publicly because it rare these days for companies to provide such excellent customer service. I don't expect that every problem can be resolved quickly and easily.. that's the nature of computers... but for someone to put such sincere effort into helping resolve an issue is such a timely fashion is very refreshing, and the fact that the problem got solved is a great bonus!
