Hi Vincent,

Thank you for all your great postings. I have a tracker IR2 serial# 014838 that I am trying to get to use for mouse control/emulation (just in windows)

I have tried both the 3.3 and 3.13 drivers/software, my pc see's the natural point device, and I am plugged directly into the USB port ( no hub ) My Tracker IR lights up ( blue glowing light ) but the main light on the front that shows it's tracking just stays red, and never turns to green.
The Status display = No Data

This used to work for me.

Any help would be much appreciated

1 - What do you have the hotkeys assigned to?

2 - Illumination LEds on, within the software?

3 - Object size selected on the tracking screen?

*note: I'm using the 3.03 software off the orig CD, and running WinXPsp2.
Should I try the 3.13 software again?

Left Click Left Win =On trap=on
Right Click Right Win =On trap=on
Center F12 =ON Trap = On
Enable F9 = ON Toggle=On Trap = On
Motion Mode F8 Trap=On
Precision F7 = ON Trap =On
Double Click Assist = On

k, that's set to 100 px

I only get a red light on the Tracker (not even the blue underglow light), and Status says 'No Data'

The eye does not see the dot, even a few inches from the tracker unit

Within the Device Manger, what is the unit being detected as?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

Yes, it see's in USB Controllers:
NaturalPoint trackIR all seems fine there.

and I tried on different USB ports and diff. PC's.

It sounds like the hardware itself might have failed.......
