Blue light with FSX

Hi everyone today i decided to Pull down my Track IR 4, i have been using it with FS9 and it works greta. But recently i bought FSX and have not been able to get the Blue light to turn on ive reinstalled FSX numourus times and still no luck. Right now all i am using with FSX is SP1 and SP2, I will install my ASX and my other addons later please can somebody help me id really like to use my Track ir on FSX.
