hello i use trackir4 and trackclip PRO leds
i use the last version of the software on XP sp2
when i m looking into the track screen on left side it stop tracking sometimes and it go again !!!it's written "nodata" it result an image blocked on left in 3D view in F4
i have tried to put the trackir on left side of my monitor but it doesn't change
can you help me to fix this little problems?

When you are looking at the View -> Tracking screen, what are you seeing here?

Is the clip centered on the tracking screen?

On the clip itself, is the long leg towards the bottom?

when i m looking in the tracking screen i can see all the leds green color
the clip is centered on the screen
also on the clip itself all is normal i think ,
i cannot see a different distance between the other leds
i can watch tree points at the same distance
ps : i have swicth the power management of the hub in the device manager it seems to be better but it still loose tracking on left
nodata and tracking are switching simultaneous

So, looking at the TrackClip Pro itself, the long leg is on the bottom of the setup, with it attached to the left side of the headset?

yes the long leg is on the bottom of the setup attached to my headset on the left

When moving your head, do you see the image being blocked when moving to the left as opposed to the right?

yes the image of the head block to the left as different as the right panning on the yaw axis
i continue to loose my tracking during a short instant and after it work again
i use agressive setings for the sim did i have to move the smooth or other things

Can you send me a screen shot of your tracking screen?
