strange problem

Hi! i have a strange prob with my trackir.
In some games (like Lock on or Wings over vietnam),sometimes after a while the green light on the TIR becomes first orange and then red and TIR stops working,and the temperature of TIR is very high.
What's the solution of this problem? Thanks

1 - What version of the TrackIR software are you running?
2 - What version of Windows?
3 - Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software?
4 - In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?
5 - Have you made any changes to the system recently?
6 - Have you tried the TrackIR on another system?

1.The last one,i've checked for updates
2. Win xp home edition,service pack 2
3. Anti virus is AVG Free edition,no firewalls
4. I have IL2FB (profile for il-2) 4kb,Firsteaf 8kb (for games of Thirdwire and lock on ) Racing and combat (default)
5.No,nothing in particular
6. I have not the opportunity to test it in another system ,sorry

I notice that the lights becomes reds especially with the firsteag profile,but sometimes with il-2 too.

Well I would recommend a clean install, as the profiles are starting to become corrupt.....
Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,
