hello
i have an older model of smartnav (001732)
and i want to instal the latest driver 2.51,
right now im using v2.50.
i downloaded the file but it keeps asking me to ignore /retry/reboot/ i choose ignore and checked the box that says don't show this message again and it took me through the whole wizzard and we got to the part where we unplug it and then finished the instal plugged it in and rebooted. but it still says v2.50 on the bottom right of the software window.

When it is asking to ignore/retry/reboot can you please ellaborate on what step of the install you are in? Does it happen as soon as you click on the executable?

I would suggest uninstalling version 2.50 and then installing 2.51 also.

It would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot, (PrintScrn button) and email it to kevin@naturalpoint.com

Once I get that information I can provide further assistance.

terror message has stopped, but i still can't get the new driver to stick.
should i uninstall the old software from the device manager or add/remove programs?
