Update

When I start up Smartnav it says i have an older versionand need to update.
Do I have to do this.? Will it work? My version stoppped working and it is really important that I dont loose my SN

Hello,

We have contacted you via email with a few follow up questions. Our software should not be mentioning anything about needing to upgrade and we need to clarify a few things such as serial # and your current version of software.

Please reply to the email with the information and we will get everything sorted out for you.
