fs9 will not work

major problem with usb hub last week, had to get new one since then the only way i can get track ir to load is buy right clicking on icon ,run as,user account .works fine on ,eg heads edit & any other game but not fs9 .i have looked through the forum & tried everything their,eg hide info text problem, reinstalled ,as per forum ,i am running 4.1.030 version,with track clip,hoping someone can help :

Make sure you have the standard language.dll installed with FS2004. Some custom versions of the DLL remove strings required by TrackIR.
Ensure that the notification messages in FS2004 are turned on. The notifications appear in the upper right corner in red when switching to the virtual cockpit. The setting is found in your fs9.cfg file located by default in:
c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9
[Main]
HideInfoText=0

thank you for your quick reply , yes that was the problem .please explain how do you save your edit settings as i have to set them every time i load track ir?

The settings should be saved, when you close the profile you are editing.....
