I'm playing a PC game in a windowed mode, but the mouse is moving so slowly and herky-jerky in the game that I cannot play. I altered my profile and relaunched the game, but there were no improvements. The game is Call of Duty. The mouse also moves much more slowly in Rome: Total War, but at least I am able to play.

Hi Tom,

What is the serial # of your unit and current software version, also what is the CPU load (ctrl + alt + del -> task manager -> go to the performance tab) and let me know what the CPU Usage is?
