How offen do you wash a moсap suits?
An actor steams up in it and the suit recieves a smell.
Is it available a wash machine for suits?
What tempreture and rotation speed are safe for suits?

Yes, you can wash the suits. We usually wear shirts underneath, so we don't wash them that often. There are washing instructions on the suit, but I think it is just standard cold water. Seems like you could wash them quite a bit, they are pretty tough.

I might let them air dry, sometimes driers can be very hard on material....

I wash mine after each use - probably once a weak (maybe average once every 1.5 weeks), and let it air dry.
