I am having a problem with Trackir that I just received in the mail. Last night it was working fine, but this morning the sunlight seems to be interfering with Trackir. There are windows in my office that cannot be covered with blinds. I can see the windows in the Tracking window they are red and green and Trackir wont see my hat.
Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck to using Trackir at night time only?

You can try turning up the light filtering, within the TrackIR software, as this may eliminate some of the background "noise"
NaturalPoint software -> View -> Tracking -> settings -> light filtering

The windows are big and bright with sun so I just stapled a bed sheet to the ceiling behind my desk chair while I'm using Trackir
The light filtering did work though for later in the afternoon when the sun reflects off the front my Trackir hat; so thanks for that tip.
Another small problem though, at night the LED on the Trackir blinks and gets a little annoying. Is there a setting to stop it from blinking besides unplugging the USB?

Are you talking about the blue one, at the bottom? Currently the only way to stop that, is to unplug the hardware itself.
