Hi, I'm able to move the cursor around the screen with SmartNav, clicking is not so easy as it doesn't seem to respond even if the Dwell delay time is reduced. What am I doing wrong?

Please let me know what the serial # of the unit is and your current version of software.

Also, can you be more specific, as far as what doesnt seem to respond? Is no click being produced at all? i.e. If you select right click and then hover on the desktop is a click performed?

Or is it not responsive/fast enough? You can try adjusting the movement threshold to allow for a little more movement. I would also suggest having the click sound enabled as well so you can hear when the software is actually clicking, otherwise it can be hard to tell.

You should definitely not be using dwell clicking, almost any alternative clicking method is better if you still have a limb to click with.

I have made loads of things with wires and contacts that you can click with arms or legs tapping and pulling strings, and there are loads of things on there market. although perhaps you have to solder why is to Mainz or figure out computer switches.

A foot pedal is even a good way- there are even pressure pads and blowing tubes and things like that.

Anyway after three years of making things have come across a really good clicking method that if I mentioned a think someone would patent instead of me, just to say there are certainly better ways.

plug one of these into and then click it with your foot.

They are actually very comfortable and a kind of made of clicking with the foot you can take chuck ball or chuck it out if you want

Hey I've just found that Click-N-Type has a freeware dwill clicker, it's an on-screen keyboard that lets you make your own keyboard layouts.

The dwell (Autoclick) option built in to the Click N Type software will only work within the keyboard software itself. It will not work on other desktop items, like the start menu.
