game controls

Hi, I'm trying to find out if a driving game can be used with smartnav? I think my unit is 4 years old. I don't know if this product is good for full control of a driving game. All I want use is my head for steering acceleration and braking. I don't want other controls if possible.

Please help if I need a different unit and what games

Generally, if the mouse can be set, with the gaming application, to control the vehicle, then the SmartNAV should work.

Is there a way to get all the functions of a mouse or is something also needed

It will be dependent on what the gaming application options are.

Think you can only use side to side view and up close? Thats all I can do with Nascar Sin Racing I have vista64 which presents some problems with older games.
