will trackir increase my frame rates

Okay this is the deal. I've been reading a lot about trackIR, and I've watched a lot of videos. The one thing that I've noticed an older videos. Is that the frame rates are unbelievably smooth now. I'm not sure how that reflects the frame rates of the flight simulator itself but, unless I'm wrong, and everyone who makes one of those videos has an amazing supercomputer to make their frame rates that good. Then, this has to help. Okay, let me give you the specs on what I have
this is my computer specs
1. I have an asues a8n32 nvidia SLI deluxe
2. AMD atholon 64 FX dual core socket 939 running at 2.61 GHz
3. I'm running a 150 gig raptor Spinning at 10,000 rpm
4. I'm also running a 350 gig Western Digital hard drive
5. I have four games of PC 3200 super fast RAM with heatsinks
but Windows only sees 2.50 gigs. What a waste of RAM
6. I'm running a nvidia 8800 gt overclock 512
7. I also have a 700 W power supply made for SLI
so these are the specs of what's essential in my computer I also have a 22 inch Hewitt Packard widescreen monitor and 18.1 inch Samsung diamond point LCD monitor.
Now these are the specs of what I had running for the flight simulator.
1. Flight simulator x
2. The acceleration expansion pack up to date
3. My traffic x version 5.1 up to date
4. FS build up to date
5. Ground environment x enhancement up-to-date
6. Ultimate terrain x USA up to date.
7. fs2crew up to date
8. Active sky x up to date
9. PMDG 747-400x up to date
Now this is what I'm running. I did notice that when I'm in an airport. I may see may be five to six frames per second and when I'm in the air may be about 14 frames per second. I guess my question is, if I get the trackir how was my flight simulator going to run? Will it run better? Will it run worse? If someone can give me an insight on what to do. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
