Hello everybody,

I am in a big trouble and cannot introduce my device track ir pro 4 onto my system.

I was using xp 64 bit and I could not manage to run the device. Just for this I thought that may be pro 4 has no 64bit driver so I installed xp 32 bit but what ı see is same problem I have.

I am first installing the latest software and drivers and after that I plugged my device into usb port. Windows see the device as natural point track ir and install it. Everything is quite normal. Device manager is ok by the way all the drivers are installed correctly. But when I open the software it says in Status NO DEVICE AND says no device detected.

What should I do I did everyting I read all the topics in the forum and did everything that suggested. Hundred times uninstall driver and install again. But no result.

By the way I use sp3 for your information.

Looking forward to your helps. I do not have any chance except you to solve this matter.

What does the device install as, under the device manager?

What version of the software are you running?

I was using latest driver 4.1.0.34 but after ı wrote this message I formated my machine and installed the driver from original cd which is now 4.1.0.30. But again same problem. Everything goes normal while installing driver. I install it windows find the device and load it. It says natural point track ir was installed succesfully and you can now use it. But when I open the software it says on the left below corner as "Configuring" and I wait about 20 minutes it still says configuring. I tried all usb port on my machine which I have about 8 usb ports. But still do not have any solution.

The blue led is flashing but no green lights comes up and device do not working. However I can see on the device manager that device working properly.
