I am using the Track IR PRO 4.
When I launch FS2004 or FSX, the game is not detected by the track IR software, so i can not use it...

I have Windows VISTA SP1 and Track IR 4.1.34.
I run the track IR Software as an administrator.

I need your help !

Are you running the flight applications as an admin as well?

Are you using any software to autostart the flight applications?

I have installed the FSX SP2 with DIRECT X 10 preview enabled.
I have add-ons installed with FS2004 (Ultimate Traffic and some airports scenaries)

So when you start the TrackIR, and flight application, you are right clicking on the shortcut and selecting run as admin for each application?

With FS2004 - Make sure you have the standard language.dll installed with FS2004. Some custom versions of the DLL remove strings required by TrackIR.

Ensure that the notification messages in FS2004 are turned on. The notifications appear in the upper right corner in red when switching to the virtual cockpit. The setting is found in your fs9.cfg file located by default in:

c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9
[Main]
HideInfoText=0

Yes, I always right-click on the shorcut and select "Run as admin" for each application

Creation date : June 16th 2008 (today i've just tried to rename it)
Modification date: July 1st 2003

What is the file size?

mine has a date of June 13, 2003
