VISTA sticky

Boy what a pain I've had numerus problems on vista but this one I CAN'T figure out. The mouse sticks to the side of the screen and totally throws the center off !

When looking at the Tracking screen, what do you see here?
One green dot, any gray?
What version of the software are you running?
