FSX Still not working with Track IR 4 Pro after removal

i have fully removed FSX and re installed with SP2 Acceleration pack being the only add on and still wont work, running both as admin and running the latest Track IR 4 software track 4.1 build 34 does not even work with just FSX and no acceleration addon. I am getting the green light in FSX but thats it and testing fine from the track software. Works fine with FS9 and other games just crappy fsx so I cant see why it is not working with FSX, pain in the neck, any advice appreciated
I did notice that the FSX profile only has 2 axis enabled so maybe need to re install track software
