System Startup Error Message

Hi All,

Since installing TrackIR 4 I've been getting an annoying message every time at system startup: "Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close". Seems like TrackIR tried to install something but it didn't take correctly. I've tried reinstalling TrackIR 4, but to no avail. I suspect that it may be simply a file missing from somewhere, any ideas anyone?

What version of the TrackIR software are you using?

What version of Windows?

Please try a clean install of the TrackIR software.

Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

Tried all that, no joy, I guess it must be something else causing the problem.

does it say what dll is having the issue?
