Arena don't see the license file .dat

I have activate the licence and i have download the .dat file
but when i startup arena arena don't found the license.
what's up?

Do you also have the camera, that you used to license the software, plugged into the system?

If i try to plug the usb cables to PC and try to open arena
arena don't start or better .. start but don't see the software open on my desktop
but see arena with alt-ctrl-canc.

What version of Windows?

OS: Windows XP professional - Service Pack 2
video card: ATI radeon HD 2600 XT

anyway i have try to install arena on other pc (vaio), but laptop and i have the same problem ..

Any firewall/antivirus software running?
Do you have the latest motherboard bios/chipset drivers installed for the system?
What version of Arena are you using?

yes, i believe.
What version of Arena are you using?
Arena 1.2.034
but why i have the same problem on a laptop vaio like on my pc desktop ?

Does this occur, if you have just the licensed camera plugged directly into the PC?
What firewall/antivirus software are you running?
