Cameras not displaying numbers

Our setup of eight cameras was working fine until recently. We are using the Rigid Body Tracking software and this problem began after we moved the cameras around, and was discovered when we tried to recalibrate. When the calibration tool loads the cameras are supposed to display their numbers, the camera with the lowest serial number displaying "1", and so on up to "8". However they no longer display these.
Using the calibration tool we went to "Preview" mode and determined that all the cameras are functioning correctly and can see markers within their field of vision. The fact that they are not displaying their numbers does not seem to affect operation, however we do not know what might be wrong.
We tried connecting the cameras to different computers with both WinXP and Vista installed, and made sure that the cameras are sync'ed, and that the 2 USB hubs are connected to power.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.

What version of the software are you using?
Does the software report a sync?
Double checked the sync cable connections?
You have a camera with just an output, and a camera with just an input, on the y-cables?

We are using OptiTrack SDK for V100, C120, FLEX:3 Cameras Official Release - Version 1.1.034; and Tracking Toolkits (Point Cloud & Rigid Body) Official Release - Version 1.1.034 Final D.
When we open the calibration tool to the "Wand Capture" stage there is a green check next to "Cameras are sychronized".
We did check that the first camera has Sync Out going to the next camera's Sync In and on and on in a chain.
We did not form a loop by connecting the last camera to the first, so yes the first camera has just an output, the last camera just an input.

Have you tried using the latest version of the software?

We were using the latest official releases.
After reading your recommendation I have download and tried the latest beta versions of the OptiTrack SDK (Public Beta - Version 1.3.035 beta 01, June 25, 2008) and the Tracking Toolkits (Public Beta - Version 1.3.035 beta 01, June 25, 2008). This did not solve the problem.
The cameras are still sync'ed, the sync cables for all eight cameras are still hooked up correctly. The LED displays on the cameras still will not display the numbers of the cameras.

Unplugged and replugged each sync cable, made sure the Y connectors were snugly plugged into cameras.
Loaded calibration file into Rigid Body tool and software reported that cameras are synchronized.
Opened calibration tool and software reported that cameras are synchronized.
LEDs still do not display numbers.

Hi ZXL,
I created a numeric display test application for you. Please email support and they will send it to you. I'm curious of the results.
Thx

Test has been received.
Ran the test on Windows Vista machine with latest beta versions of the SDK and Tracking Toolkit, version 1.3.035.
Ran the test on WinXP machine with Official releases version 1.1.034 of the software.
I have screenshotted the results and emailed them back to
support@naturalpoint.com. No LEDs lit up during either of the two test runs, but the program did appear to detect all eight of our cameras.
Thanks for your time.
