Voice Recognition Doesn't Work

Hi

I purchased the voice recognition add-on for SmartNav and have been unsuccessful in getting it setup. I have made sure my microphone is being recognized via the Sound Recorder and I followed all of the steps in the voice recognition add-on. I'm running XP and have no other issues with using the mouse control software. Has anyone else had similar issues?

1 - You have the voice software option enabled within the SmartNAV software?

2 - Do you have any other applications running in the background?

3 - Firewall/antivirus software?

4 - In the following folder, C:\Program Files\ViaVoice\Bin, does the userwiz file run fine?
