You have to setup a bones rig for the face. -> See atachment picture of CG Academy
training on facial bone rigging. Then you have to link the BVH file format to the rig.
That's it I guess. (The dots on the face should match the joints of the bones.)

2D motion tracking
A secondairy feature of Zign Track is 2D motion tracking. With the 2D tracking function the
user can track up to 256 points in a video file. You can choose between several algorithms
to suite the kind of object you are tracking. The tracked motion can be exported as a BVH
file with moving bones. What you can do with this tracking data depends entirely on your
imagination. 2D tracking is not supported in A:M Track.
Compatibility
The BVH and TRC files created with Zign Track can be used by any 3D animation application
with BVH or TRC support that allows to make custom constraints. Some 3D applications for
this are Animation: Master, Blender and Motion Builder. In some other applications it can
be done using scripts. We are working on more export formats to make it easier for those
applications.
The A:M action files are compatible with Hash's Animation: Master V13 and higher. The Poser
pose files are compatible with e-Frontier's Poser 4 and higher.
You can find example files on the download page.

THEY ONLY USE WEBCAMS NOT THE BETTER HIGH END CAMERA'S OF NATURALPOINT. I HOPE THIS CAN BE DONE ALSO WITH THE NATURALPOINT SYSTEM. IT'S TECHNICALLY A LOT BETTER THEN JUST USING WEBCAMS. SO GO AHEAD AND BEAT THIS TECHNICALLY INFERIOR SYSTEM.
