I have a significant problem in that our arena software's license is tied to a camera that is currently being RMA'd for a broken usb port. Is there anyway to run the software without the camera that it's licensed to attached?

If not, this is a HUGE issue as any motion capture studio will have a potential multi-week wait if the particular camera that the software is licensed to is down (much like the situation we are in now). Currently this is a significant annoyance, but not too expensive. If this had happened during production, the cost to us could be incalculable.

Currently it is not possible to run the software without the licensed camera also attached to the system.

We understand this can be inconvenient for some users and are working on a dongle product to make it more flexible. Typically, if a camera is dead and won't be sent back then we will transfer the license to a new serial number. The case where a camera is being shipped to us, repaired and then returned to the customer is relatively rare, although we do understand your concern.
