Great Customer Experience

I wanted to write about the great customer experience I had with Naturalpoint, namely Vince.
I had ordered my Optitrack about a month ago and waited for about 2 weeks to receive my system. Wondering what the status was of the order was I called in and was told it was on hold. It wasn't even in the box yet and definately had not shipped out. I was ,needless to say, upset especially waiting anxiously for the 2 weeks only to find out that it wasn't even yet ordered and they had my money in the bank.
You may say, "well that sounds like a bad experience," at first it was. To err is human. I called into Naturalpoint upset.
I got a rep on the phone and was a little peeved. Yet they were patient with me and within about an hour of their time they rectified and shipped the system out. Within 3 days I had my system in hand and was MOCAPing.
Once they got the ball rolling they did everything in their power to fix the situation and they did. No time was lost.
That is a great customer experience. With humans involved there are bound to be mistakes here and again and that is understandable but what they did was rectify and deliver in a kind and patient manner and did it swiftly.
I give them a 10 out 0f 10 on customer service!
So if you do run into problems it seems like they are ready to fix it.
