Crash with smartnav 4

Post by madvax »

Hi,
i' ve a smartnav 4 AT installed on a notebook HP Pavillion HDX 9280el with Vista, and often the pc crashes with blu error:

- DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL0x000000D1 (0xFFFFDB48,0x00000009,0x00000008,0xFFFFDB48)
- DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x000000D1 (0XFFFFFEOC, 0x00000009,0x00000008,0XFFFFFEOC)

Hp says that the problem is a USB peripheral, but the only USB peripheral connected is the smartnav. I tried all version of software and driver, but there is no solution at the problem.

Do you have some solution for my problem???

It is something I have never seen.

Are you using a hub, or connected directly to the PC?

Can you try the device on another system?

Have you tried using a USB hub, with it's own power supply?

Do you have the latest motherboard bios, and chipset drivers installed?
