AT version worked a treat for 3 weeks and now nothing it states no data what does that mean folks??
Green sensor comes on temporarily on startup and then nothing.
Dont remember changing any default settings but maybe I have by mistake maybe.
Would be grateful for any advice all is well in the device manager so do not believe its a hardware issue.
Because of disability have not begun to unplug hardware to see if this helps is that the first logical step?

Hello,

I would try unlugging and plugging back in, also a cold-reboot of the computer. Basically you want to try and power cycle the device.

If the no data screen persists please email support@naturalpoint.com with your serial # and software version and we will proceed from there.
