Erratic movement, or nothing

Hi,

I am having a problem with my Track IR where the head movement is comletely erratic, and eventually it will just stop. I have Track IR 3 with Vector addon. I use the lastest 4.0.35 driver. My System is Vista 64 athlon 64 x2, nforce 4 mobo, 2gb RAM, Geforce 8800 Ultra.

I have read in the Troubleshooting page that I should "Click the Advanced Settings icon on your NaturalPoint� software screen. Open the Data Window and click Run and Highlight Active Object..." I can't see an advanced Tab!!! Also when I click on the view tracking tab the 4 reflectors show, but have several black lines through them.

4 reflectors?

There should only be 3........

Are you plugged directly into the PC, or using a hub?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

Have you tried it on another system?
