I just downloaded Project Torque - which was highlighted in a recent NaturalPoint email - to use with my TrackIR 4 Pro. What do I need to do to activate TrackIR in the game?

Make sure that you have the latest software, and games listed installed. That should be it. Nothing special in the game to enable the TrackIR.

Hmmm. I just downloaded the latest software and installed it. Started up Project Torque and there was no recognition of the TrackIR. What do you mean by "games listed installed"? There is no profile for Project Torque, but I assume that is not what you meant?? What more do I need to do?

Just to confirm that the TrackIR is working, I just successfully used it with IL2: 1946. Thanks for helping.

On the profiles page, is Project Torque on the games list. If not go to update -> Check for games update -> Start the TrackIR software. It should now be on the list.

When I start TrackIR, Project Torque is not on the games list on the profiles tab.

When I click on Update/Check for Games Update, it responds that games list is up-to-date.

Project Torque is still not on the list.

What next?

What version of the software are you using?

Do you have an active internat connection?

And yes, I have an active Internet connection. I just confirmed that my TrackIR software is up-to-date.

Please unzip these 3 Game Support Update files to your software directory (usually C:/Program Files/NaturalPoint/TrackIR4/).
