Hi,
I'm getting back to MSFS after a few years. I last flew extensively in FS2002. I've got FSX with fps of 20-40 and have just discovered Track IR4. At the moment I can fly the ATR 72-500 from Flight One, and pan at a reasonably acceptable smoothness, using spacebar and mouse. This is the most demanding aircraft I intend to use.
I'd like to buy TR4, but realise it would be running software alongside FSX. I've always been keen on Radar Contact, and would like to use RC alongside TR4.
Does anyone know if this proposed combination would put too much strain on my system which at present seems to cope with FSX, but with little to spare?
I'll be grateful for any advice.
Regards, Jim

Hi Jim,
TrackIR should have a very insignificant impact on your PC's performance... less than 1% draw on your system resources.

Hi Seth,
Thank you for the reply. In that case I can go ahead with Track IR.
