Have to buy product twice before i even use it

So I was all excited because i finally was able to afford the Track IR 4 pro but low and behold i have to pa $96 in shipping for this product that costs $129. If u would be so kind in also telling why i have to use UPS air only, O and lemme guess there is a $40 duty fee also?
