Terrible shaking

Hi everybody.
1. There are four radio button options (track IR, vector, dot, and true view)
For Flight simulator x...which ones should be ticked?
When I select "track IR" mine stops tracking altogether.
2. I get major shaking when banking. The frames per sec rate in the game at the time was 29.9, so it's not that. Also...the tracker motion is smooth as silk when stationary,flying straight, taking off, landing. Except after the shaking starts then it starts affecting all these areas too.
When I took off, there was no shaking..everything looked goood until I just turned the yoke very slightly..and everything began shaking wildly.
Update..now it starts to shake when I am completely still. I am sitting on the runway and I hit f12 to stop the shaking..which it does for about 2 seconds..then it starts to shake again. My head was motionless.
