FSX 6 D.O.F.?

According to the list "TrackIR Enhanced Titles Available" FSX should have 6 D.O.F. However, when I check in the TrackIT software it has only 2 D.O.F, anyone knows why?

Actually, you are looking at just the info for the gaming application, and sometimes it isn't accurate. The actual profile that is loading for the software (flight by default for FSX) should have the 6 axes enabled.
