ObjectMinWidth and ObjectMinHeight

Well - it's me again...
Can you tell I've been working a lot with the SDK?
So I am trying to filter out transient objects - I thought setting the ObjectMinWidth and the ObjectMinHeight properties would do that for me.
I set both to 10.
I am still however getting objects which have widths less than 10 (I assume the calculation is edge left - edge right)? (Heights may be greater than 10 mind you).
Am I doing something wrong?
