Dialog box missing

My trackir 4 is running in background on process list at start up. There is nothing on the task bar when I click on the icon no program is found. I get flashing blue led. I turned off power saver to USB in the device manager. I have uninstalled and re installed with the latest driver. Any Suggestions?

How is the device plugged into the system?
Using a HUB, or connected directly to the PC?
Tried moving USB ports, or on another system?
What version of Windows are you using?
What version of the TrackIR software?

My trackir 4 is plugged directly in to one of my USB ports. I have tried using all of them. I have another computer and the trackir is working fine. I am using Windows XP SP3 on both systems. My TrackIR software is 4.1.035 on the CD I have also downloaded and used 4.1.036.

In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile?

OK, looks like some corruption in the file.
1 - End process on the exe file, in the system task manager.
2 - Delete the 72KB file (default file?)
3 - Try restarting the TrackIR software, which should load properly now.
