TrackIR3 Pro - Vector Expansion and/or Clip?

I have a TrackIR 3 Pro. I would like to get the TrackClip as I have some lighting issues where my computer is located. To get both the clip and vector expansion seems a little expensive at 24.95 + $34.95 and shipping which is about 1/2 of what the TrackIR 4 bundles are going for with coupons.
Should I try and sell my TrackIR3 and get a bundle or will I be happy with the upgrade to my existing gear?
Also, shipping seems a little expensive for the online vector code and a little piece of metal...

The shipping costs are based of the dimension weight of the package, as it is sent via UPS.
The addition of the 6DOF tracking, with the TrackIR 3, will be a greater improvement than updating from a 6DOF TrackIR 3 to a TrackIR 4.

Thanks Vincent, I read the SimHQ review yesterday and decided to get the Vector upgrade, I ordered yesterday. I'm sure of course that the TrackIR 5 will be released next week and that will be what I really wanted.

excuse me i just want to be 1000% sure:
trackclip pro works with with tir3pro but before 6dof vector expanson must be activated,right?

Yes, you can use the TrackClip Pro, with the TrackIR 3, if you also have the vector expansion codes enabled within the TrackIR software.
