problem with 4.1.036

I have TrackIR 3 Pro and I just bought Black Shark. It needs the latest build to download game updates. I installed 4.1.036 on my computer running XP. When I run the program, the green light goes on for a couple seconds and then goes out. In Device Manager there is a Natural Point Device recognized. Any ideas?

Is the software detecting the TrackIR camera?
What version of Windows are you running?
When looking at the Tracking screen, with the metal clip in front of it, do you see the 3 green tracking reflectors?
Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?
Have you tried moving USB ports?

Hello Vincent
only green light comes on then goes out and nothing detected.
XP w. SP2
no reflectors
Direct to pc.
Tried another port. Green and red lights came on, then went out. After that only green light would go on in startup of program then go out.
I tried several installs. went back to an older build (26 I think). It worked but with only two degrees not six like it used to. LOMAC recognized it though.

OK, with the latest software installed, View -> Tracking -> Settings, is the option for Camera IR leds enabled?
Do you have TrackClip Pro, or vector selected in the different profiles?
Do you have the vcector expansion enabled/activated?

I've just installed 4.1.036 and I have a different problem. When I'm looking behind me the lean axis is reversed. I remember that this happened when Vector was first released and later was corrected. What happened??

What gaming application are you using?
Do you have TrueView enabled in the profiles?
