Sometimes if i dont use track ir for a couple of days i have a small problem,When i start the software the lights will come on,and then they will go off.The way i fix it is to unplug the track ir and wait,then plug it back up.Its not really a big deal,but im kinda fat,and i have to crawl down on the floor to the back of my computer and unplug this thing and plug it back up.Any ideas why this happens sometimes,after i plug it back up it works fine till i dont use it for a couple of days.

Tried using the build 36 version of the software?

Have you tried turn off any kind of power save feature for your USB ports?

In the "Device Manager" you can right click the "USB Root Hub"(s), that show, and then select properties. On the power management tab, uncheck the box that allows the computer to turn off the USB port to save power (i.e. uncheck the box). Sometimes that has an impact on the connectivity of the devices.
